Allforms.mailjol.net will not use your information for any purpose other than processing the form on behalf of API. API does not share your information with other third parties.
Ø PayPal is the authorized payment processors for API Web Service. They request information from the user on their order form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.
Ø If you choose not to provide private information to this Web site, alternate ordering and payment arrangements can be made by providing the necessary information via telephone, or mail, or via another standard method of communication.

Registration
Ø In order to publish or purchase content on achieverspublishing.com, you will need to sign up with API. When you register so sign up with us, we will ask for certain information such as your first and last name, email address, and country.
Ordering
Ø When you place an order on our site, we will ask for the name, shipping address, and phone number where you would like to receive your package. This information is used for the purpose of shipping your order. We will have to share your name and address with our shipping partners in order to complete the shipment, but our shipping partners are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.
Ø In our ordering process, we will ask for your payment information and billing address. You can either pay us through Cheque, Bank Transfer, Bank Draft or Paypal. If you do not elect to pay with Paypal, we will ask to post your Cheque or Bank Draft to API through registered mail.
Remittance
Ø In order to receive royalty payments from API, you will have to provide remittance information at the time of sign-up. On this note, we will ask for the name, address, and phone number where you would like to receive your payment. If you request payment by Paypal, we will ask for your Paypal username in order to process your payment.
Newsletter
Ø When you contact API through the “Contact us” on our website, you also have the opportunity of signing up for our newsletter. The only information we stored through this form is your email address, which we will use for no other purpose other than sending you the API newsletter.
Ø At the registration stage, you also have the opportunity to opt-in to news and updates from API. If you choose to opt-in, we may send you email communications such as newsletters and invitations to API meet-ups in your area.
Special Offers and Updates
Ø We send all new clients a welcoming email to verify their sign up. Established clients will occasionally receive information on products, services & special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

Ø Agents: We provide the information to trusted partners (such as Lightning Source – our printing company) who work on behalf of or with API under confidentiality agreements. These companies may only use your data as directed by API, which includes using your personal information to help API to print, listing or distribute your books, printing and shipping your books, discs, and other products, and completing financial transactions. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information, nor do they have any right to contact you for matters not pertaining to API.
Ø Service Providers: When you register to sign up with API, your email address and other information will be collected and stored by Mailjol our form processor service provider. allforms.mailjol.net will not use your information for any purpose other than processing your form on behalf of API. API does not share your information with other third parties;
Ø We may disclose your personal information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of API's terms of use;
Ø We share information about you if API is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, API will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy pledge.
